Al-Ameed University: The accreditation of the College of Medicine enhances the international recognition of its degree

The Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Ameed University, Dr. Riyad Mustafa Murtadha, confirmed that the college's attainment of local and international academic accreditation enhances the global recognition of its degrees.

Murtada said that "the college has obtained local and international academic accreditation from the National Council for the Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq, as well as accreditation from the British Medical Council and the American-Canadian Council."

He added that "accreditation is a local and global recognition for colleges that adhere to international standards to ensure the quality of medical education and produce competent doctors who provide medical services to citizens."

The dean of the college confirmed that "the university obtained accreditation after implementing these standards, with the aim of providing students and graduates of the college with a globally recognized certificate."

The efforts of the staff at Al-Ameed University continue to enhance the rigor of the curricula and the quality of the educational process, with ongoing work to develop the curricula in all its colleges, in line with the requirements of modern education and academic accreditation standards.
