The Religious Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is witnessing a large influx of believers seeking to conduct marriage ceremonies in conjunction with the birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).

Sheikh Mohammad al-Kuraity, head of the department's Social Affairs Division, stated that the department is experiencing a surge in marriage ceremonies on this occasion. He added that a designated area has been set up near the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) to facilitate the process and maintain the privacy of the couple.

He explained that the ceremony includes providing a range of advice and guidance on married life, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, honoring parents, and building a stable family. Furthermore, informational booklets containing family-related guidance are distributed to the newlyweds.
