The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concludes its participation in the 27th Baghdad International Book Fair

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concluded its participation in the 27th Baghdad International Book Fair.

The exhibition was held with the participation of more than 600 publishing houses from 28 countries, and its events lasted for ten days, with the participation of several institutions, publishing houses, and cultural entities.

The Holy Shrine's pavilion, which featured a unified participation from several of its departments and institutions, witnessed a remarkable turnout from the exhibition's visitors, who came to explore the intellectual, cultural, and scientific outputs presented by the pavilion.

The pavilion included more than 780 publications, ranging from encyclopedias, peer-reviewed journals, and religious and doctrinal books, to knowledge, cultural, humanitarian, and educational publications, reflecting the diverse scientific and intellectual output of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

The pavilion included the participation of several departments and institutions of the holy shrine, including: the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department, the Islamic and Human Sciences Department, the Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran, the Supreme Authority for Heritage Revival, in addition to the Al-Wafi Documentation and Studies Foundation, and the Al-Ameed Educational Group.

The participation aimed to introduce the intellectual and cultural output of the holy shrine, engage with various segments of society, and highlight the scientific, cultural, and knowledge-based publications offered by its departments and institutions.

This participation comes as part of the efforts of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to have an active presence in cultural forums and exhibitions, to introduce its scientific and intellectual project, and to deliver its outputs to readers, researchers, and interested individuals.
