The Al-Kafeel Religious Schools Division discusses the organizational preparations for the eleventh graduation ceremony of Al-Kafeel Girls

The Women's Religious Schools Division of the Office of the Senior Oficial for Women's Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a meeting with the heads of the women's divisions to discuss the organizational and service preparations for the central graduation ceremony of female students from Iraqi universities and some Islamic countries (the 11th cohort of the Al-Kafeel Girls).

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs, Ms. Mona Wael, along with her two assistants, as well as the heads of the women's departments, to discuss organizational plans, task and responsibility distribution, and to determine the work requirements at various stages of the ceremony.

Ms. Mona Wael said that working on this project requires the concerted efforts of women's groups and the coordination of their tasks, explaining that the meeting addresses the details of organizational and service work, and the determination of each group's responsibilities and the topics that require joint coordination.

For her part, the head of the Al-Kafeel Schools Division, Ms. Bushra Al-Kanani, explained that the organizational plans included determining the dormitory and rest areas for the female students, distributing them according to provinces, numbers, and the capacity of each location, in addition to appointing coordinators and supervisors responsible for following up on their affairs, organizing transportation routes and convoys from the provinces to Karbala, and determining the locations for the ceremony events, including the area of Bab Al-Qibla at the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the Al-Ameed Educational Group.

She added that the plans included organizing transportation schedules for the female students and their movement times, determining reception, accommodation, and rest locations, providing meals and logistical and service needs throughout the duration of the hosting, as well as distributing responsibilities among the women's departments and relevant committees, with the participation of the Al-Kafeel Volunteer Girls' Association.

Al-Kanani explained that the meeting discussed the details of the students' procession, the segments of the ceremony, and its start times, as well as determining the locations of the officials to monitor the movement of the students and receive the guests. Additionally, it included organizing the students' groups after taking the oath to their resting places, and then returning them according to the specified schedules.

The Al-Kafeel Girls' Ceremony is one of the annual events organized by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to celebrate university graduates. In its eleventh edition, it brings together female students from Iraqi universities and several Islamic countries. The event includes a central program held at the Al-Ameed Educational Complex, along with special segments and activities for the participants, aiming to celebrate their graduation and honor their academic journey.
