The Lady Fatima bint Asad (peace be upon her) Division concludes the "Huda lil-Nas" (Guidance for the People) educational course for a group of female educators

The Lady Fatima bint Asad (peace be upon her) Division for Quranic Studies—affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine—has concluded the "Hudan lil-Nas" (Guidance for Mankind) educational course for female Islamic education teachers in Karbala Governorate.

Ms. Fatimah Al-Mousawi, the head of the division, stated: "The concluding program of the course featured a recitation from the blessed Surah Al-Insan, alongside an extensive practical component applying the material presented throughout the course."

She added that a competitive contest was held, dividing participants into two groups; the competition included tests on Quran memorization, the recitation of challenging verses, and the reading of unpointed (dotless) text. The events concluded with the honoring of participants and the distribution of gifts and certificates of participation.

Al-Mousawi continued, noting that the course comprised four subjects: the first covered correct or analytical (syllabic) reading of verses; the second addressed key rules of recitation; the third focused on jurisprudential rulings regarding recitation and the rules for transitioning between Surahs; and the fourth covered the exegesis of Surah Luqman and its themes, while highlighting the methods used by the Prophets (peace be upon them) to convey the divine message.

She explained that this was an intensive course featuring frequent tests and questionnaires to assess participants' proficiency levels and track their progress. She noted that individual differences in proficiency were observed, attributing this to several factors—most notably age differences, as well as the participants' own desire and enthusiasm for learning and acquiring knowledge.
