The Zainabiyat Division receives an educational delegation from the holy city of Najaf

The Zainabiya Division, affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, received a delegation from the teaching staff in the holy city of Najaf.

The head of the department, Ms. Susan Al-Jubouri, said that this hosting represents the fifth stop in the program organized by the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs to host delegations from various Iraqi provinces, noting that the delegation included 60 female teachers from Al-Aqsa Mosque Secondary School and Ain Al-Hikma School in Najaf Ashraf Governorate.

She added that the hosting program included an educational cultural lecture followed by an interactive Q&A session, in addition to visiting the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the Al-Kafeel Museum of Treasures and Manuscripts, performing the Dhohr and Asr prayers, and being blessed with a lunch meal at the holy shrine's guesthouse, then heading to the shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

Al-Jubouri explained that the program comes within the vision of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to enhance its cultural and intellectual presence in society through initiatives that engage with its various segments.

These programs come as an extension of the cultural and intellectual role played by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine in caring for women's affairs and addressing their issues, through activities and initiatives that consider the diversity of women's groups and the differences in their fields and needs.
