The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine provides chilled drinking water to visitors of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) via water dispensers distributed throughout the Holy Courtyard and its surrounding areas.

Staff from the department's Water Supply Division work around the clock to ensure a continuous supply of chilled water for visitors, with the dispensers being replenished by the department's Water Desalination Division.

The department's personnel also conduct periodic cleaning and sanitization campaigns for the water dispensers, ensuring they remain hygienic and ready to serve drinking water to visitors.

These services are part of the department's service plan, which aims to provide a suitable environment and enhance the quality of services offered to visitors of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
