What is the ruling on wudu if the person performing it washed the left hand three times in the following cases: 1.If he washed the left hand three times out of unintentional ignorance. 2.If he washed the left hand three times out of deliberate ignorance. 3.If he washed the left hand three times by mistake. 4.If he washed the left hand three times as an act of taqiyya?
Answer
In the name of Allah, in all cases except for taqiyya, the wudu is invalid, and the prayers performed with that wudu are also invalid. In the case of taqiyya, if its conditions are fulfilled, both the wudu and the prayer are valid. And Allah knows best and is the Guide.
