He brought her a medicine the first time, but it did not succeed, but after that the woman herself traveled and bought a medicine and aborted during the first three or two months of pregnancy. 1- Is the man considered as the abortion initiator in this case? Is he considered as a murderer or not? 2- Is it possible that this man is going to be immortalized in Hell because of this sin, despite his repentance and remorse? 3 - Is what he's done a type of participating in the crime and the fetus may not give up its right on the judgement day? 4- Does the verse apply to the man (Whoever kills a believer deliberately, the penalty for him is Hell, where he will remain forever. And Allah will be angry at him, will curse him, and will prepare for him a terrible punishment) 5- Does seeking forgiveness and repentance guarantee that he will leave the aforementioned sin as someone who has no sin, and how does the dead fetus get satisfied and fulfill its right before the judgement day? 6 - This man desires to marry traditionally through the family, there is no specific girl, and he has exceeded thirty, but his conscience says how to allow himself to marry a pure girl and you have previously fallen into obscenity and the crime of abortion. As if he's going to cheat on the girl, so what do you advise? The man is moaning from guilt and afraid of the wrath of Allah, so please we are asking for your advice?
