If a person travels before the noon prayer in the month of Ramadan, and he knows that he will return to his country before the noon prayer, is it permissible for him to break the fast during his travels, or must he abstain and fast after renewing the intention upon his return before the noon prayer?
Answer
In the name of Allah, It is permissible for him to break the fast after he has gone after the noon prayer, but if he does not break the fast and returns to his homeland before the noon prayer, then he must abstain and make the intention and complete the fast as soon as he enters the boundaries of the town. Allah knows best.
