If one travels before the noon in the month of Ramadan, and he knows that he will return to his country before the noon, is it permissible for him to break the fast during his travels, or must he abstain and fast after renewing the intention upon his return before the noon?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is permissible for him to break the fast after he has gone beyond the permitted limit, but if one does not break the fast and returns to his homeland before the noon, then he must abstain and make the intention and complete the fast as soon as he enters the boundaries of the town. Allah knows best.
