What is the duty of someone who realizes, in general, after prayer that they missed one of the prostrations (sujood) or the tashahhud (testification)?
Answer
In the name of Allah, they must make up (qada') the missed prostration and also the missed tashahhud. After making up for them, they should perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujood al-sahw). Allah knows best.
