In the name of Allah, your daughter must not appear without proper hijab in the presence of your nephew, no matter how difficult it may be for her. My dear son, you must encourage her to observe hijab by sharing with her the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH&HF), the Imams (PBUT), and Quranic verses. The essence of these teachings is that any woman who knowingly exposes a part of her body to a non-mahram will have that part burned in the fire for many years. Be mindful, my son, that your nephew is certainly not present in the house 24 hours a day or for his entire life.
