In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, that creating love and respect in the heart is not sufficient for the desire of a believer like you, unless the second party is pure in soul and free of bad residues. The greatest proof for that is the effort of the infallible prophets and imams (PBUT) and other righteous servants of Allah to strive to win people’s love and plant their love for Him in their hearts. However, they were not able to do that, not because of a shortcoming in the subject; rather, because of a shortcoming or deficit in the receiver - the second party. However, my son, you must strive for what you desire and you are rewarded of divine mercy in this world and the hereafter, and you have to aim for closeness to Allah Almighty. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
