1- Is it permissible to conduct a permanent marriage with a foreign woman from among the Jews and Christians? 2- Is it obligatory that I convert her into a Muslim or is it permissible that she remains on her religion?
Answer
In the name of Allah, according to me, it is not permissible to conduct a permanent marriage with a non-Muslim woman, but it is permissible to conduct a temporary (Mutta) marriage. Allah knows best.
