Whom is meant in "Al-Ahloon" (families) in Allah's saying " protect yourselves and your families from a Fire"?

In the name of Allah, it means whoever under the care of man in regards to expenses, raising and other social care whether or not there is a blood relation between them, and a person is religiously not responsible for whoever lives with him in terms of expenses, but is also included in the abovementioned ruling.
