In the name of Allah, learning from the evidence that the sins between a person and Allah, praise to Him, are forgiven once a drop of blood descends from the martyr. As for the financial rights of the people, the heirs must pay them from the money left by the martyr before dividing it among the heirs. If that was not doable, then Allah with His compassion and mercy would compensate those whom the martyr owes. And if possible, covering the obligations for him as it is better not to be neglected and those that he missed for a certain excuse according to him then the martyr's oldest son must cover these obligations for him.
