Is it permissible to bury a deceased Muslim in non-Muslim cemeteries if no Muslim cemetery is available, or if there are Muslim cemeteries but the deceased's guardian cannot afford the burial and preparation fees in Western countries or the cost of transporting the body to a Muslim country?

In the name of Allah, it is permissible as long as the burial conditions are fulfilled. Allah knows best.
