We are a group of teachers asking your eminence about our religious position regarding the issue of private teaching process, taking into account that we do not teach the same students who are in our school but rather from outside the school (from other schools or external students) and as it is clear that students are different levels. We take fees for that. So we would like to know your rational opinion, is it a fatwa or a precaution?

In the name of Allah, if the student needs such a tutoring and he cannot for some reason or another be satisfied with the school due to deficiency in the school or in the teachers in his school, then it is permissible. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.
