Are the shrines of sons of the Imams (PBUH), Hazrat Abbas (PBUH) and Lady Zainab (PBUH) considered as masjids? In such case, the person who is in the state of Janabat or menstruation are not allowed to enter.

In the name of Allah, entering the shrine in the states you mentioned is not forbidden, except in the shrine of the infallibles (PBUH). However, if it is intended to underestimate, then it is not permissible. Allah knows best.
