What is the ruling on using social courtesy phrases like "menawar" (you look great) or "takhball" (you look stunning), and the like, for someone who posts their picture on social media but doesn't actually look that way? Is there a prohibition in using these phrases?

In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, that every rational person's religion dictates staying away from any action that would arouse emotional, especially sexual, feelings, whether the communication is between two males, two females, or a male and a female. Allah is the Guide, and He is the All-Knowing.
