A person who has a sum of Khums, and for example, there is a poor person who does not have the provision for his family and that he religiously deserves such rights; by giving him some of this money, the Awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) will be pleased, is it permissible to give this person some of the Khums?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the person whom you have mentioned is Sayed, you can give him for the share of Sayed ones, provided that the money will not be spent on what disobeys Allah. With regard to the payment of the share of Imam (PBUH), it is not permissible without the permission of the Shari'a Ruler directly or through his legal agent with a written permission. Allah is the All Guide and Knowing.
