Do touching the woman’s thighs and foreplay obligate the Janabat washing on the woman in the case of that the man ejaculates without penetration? Is Janabat achieved in the event that the glans did not enter or were suspected of entering the anus?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if a woman does not ejaculate – as in the question- then she does not have to do ghusl, rather the husband should do ghusl only if he ejaculates. However, if the glans or some of it enters into the anus and/or the vagina, both should do washing of Janabat. Allah knows best.
