I suffer from insomnia and cannot sleep. Can you tell me anything I can do to get rid of this insomnia?

In the name of Allah, recite one hundred verses from any part of the Quran and then recite this supplication "Allahuma inni as'aluka bismika alazeem alazam alajal alakram" and repeat the phrase "ya Allah" seven times. Then, ask the help of Allah for what you are in and ask for forgiveness. Allah is the Guide.
