A sick person whose illness prevents him from fasting, where he can fast if he takes, must he take medicine to fast or not?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if he was able to fast and did not worsen the illness or slow recovery from it, and the medicine was taken at night, then he must fast, with no unbearable hardship. Allah knows best.
