The Prophet (PBUH&HF) says, "I judge among you based on evidence and oaths." Does this imply restriction, that he does not act based on his knowledge but only on evidence and oaths? Or can the Prophet (PBUH and HF) act based on both evidence and oaths and his knowledge?
