What is the ruling of a schizophrenic patient in terms of his acts of worship, his dealings, the execution of prescribed penalty on him, and judging him for crimes? Is his ruling the same of an insane person?

In the name of Allah, if schizophrenia is on the level of insanity, then the rulings of insanity are applied otherwise the insanity rulings are not applied. Allah knows best.
