In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, that part of the obligation of performing Hajj al-Tamattu includes considering Umrah and Hajj as a single obligation. Although it is permissible for the one performing Umrah to do some acts that are impermissible for the pilgrim in the state of Ihram, such as marital relations for women between Umrah and Hajj, Tawaf al-Nisa should only be done after completing Hajj.
