I suffer for a long time from inflammation in the colon, which causes me large swells and frequent gases out, which makes it difficult for me in this case to perform the prayer with purity and keeping on ablution. What is my religious duty regarding this issue?

In the name of Allah, be sufficed with the obligatory deeds in prayer and read the short Suras after Al-Fatiha sura so that you can perform the prayer in full without invalidation of purity. Allah is the Healer and Knowing best.
