In the name of Allah, if a man dwells outside Mecca farther than the legal distance, then it is not permissible for him to enter it without Ihram. However, if the distance is small, it is permissible to enter it without Ihram. The same matter is applicable to the person whose work requires exiting from Mecca and entering it according to the work. In the name of Allah, how can a person do that and the plane passes less than the blink of the eye from the meeqaat. The person who cannot enter in the state of Ihram from the meeqaat must start Ihram from the airport and ride the plane while in the state of Ihram and go down in Jeddah which is inside the sanctuary and go to Mecca. Rather, he must enter the state of Ihram from one of the known timings.
