We have come to know from the earlier Q&A’s that each people and area has their or its traditions or way of expressing ecstasy and sadness for something. The Imams (PBUH) ordered us to commemorate this tragedy and did not specify the way of doing that. This means that every act is permissible unless it violates the sharia in any way. Therefore, commemorating this tragedy can be done by the followers of Imam Hussein (PBUH) through all the acts or ways they like to do.
