What is the ruling of Al-Shoor mourning style which is done through repeating the name of Imam Hussein quickly (Hussein Hussein Hussein) or and sometimes the /h/ sound is reduced so that (Sein Sein Sein) can be heard instead?

A/ 1- In the name of Allah, there is no problem in repeating the word Hussein or whatever indicating it as this refers to the fact that they are not committed to the standard Arabic. This is because the accents and dialects have mixed with the standard Arabic and also the non-Arabs have mixed with the Arabs. Allah knows best. A/ 2- In the name of Allah, if the purpose is to revive the tragedy of Al-Taf and make it remain permanent, then it is permissible. Allah knows best. A/ 3- In the name of Allah, it is permissible. Allah knows best.
