In the name of Allah, the Istibraa is required. If man or woman does not do it and a wet substance comes out whether a urine or not then his ablution becomes invalid. Allah knows best.

In the name of Allah, the recitation is allowed except for the Azaiem Surahs (the four Surahs which demand prostration "Sujood"). Yet it has to be performed without touching the letters or symbols of the Quran and there is no problem also in carrying the Quran and touching other than what is mentioned above. Allah knows best.
